Alongside my studies, I co-founded Three Cooks, a food and beverage start-up that grew to generate Rp 100,000,000 in monthly sales with margins above 50%.

I managed pricing strategy, optimised supply costs, and launched new product lines. Beyond the numbers, it was a crash course in entrepreneurship, resilience, and customer focus. This experience showed me how to turn ideas into profitable realities while managing risk and growth.
